The 2019 Carnival Prince & Princesss

This year we will be taking applications for our prince and princess. They will then be crowned by 2019 Royalty at our donations evening. To apply to be Prince or Princess you must be aged between 7-14 years old and attend a Burbage school/reside in Burbage. Download your application form from the forms tab.
